About Us

Adam Jankowski, is the company's resident technical consultant and specialist. His experience in the industry goes back to 1993 and he is now one of the most highly trained practitioners in the industry. His qualifications enable VCRS to offer independent consultancy and training services to some of the major suppliers of products and services in our industry. Adam was a director of The National Carpet Cleaners Association for 5 years and currently serves on the UK Advisory Council of the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification - an international standards and certification body for our industry). Adam is the only UK instructor to be qualified to teach six IICRC subjects. (Click here to see which ones). He recently worked as an expert witness and consultant for the BBC’s Watchdog/Rogue Traders program (aired on BBC1 on 4th November 2010) on an investigation of an alleged carpet cleaning scam.

All VCRS directors are highly trained by organisations which include the National Carpet Cleaners Association, the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, Woolsafe Organisation and the National Flood School as well as a many of our industry’s suppliers and manufacturers. Their experience and knowledge are all underpinned and continuously expanded through Adam’s technical knowledge, experience and skills.
